We seek to hire motivated solar installers in Odessa, Texas to:

- Perform electrical work working in conjunction with roof team.

- Have installed Tesla, Franklin, SolarEdge, Enphase, or more batteries.

- Supervise works related to the project and ensure that the executed are in accordance with requirements.

- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems in systems and provide on-field and remote assistance to the installation team.

- Work from standard work instructions, engineering drawings, oral instructions, and established shop practices.
