Solar Consultant or Setter

Overview Location: Kansas City Metro Area

Compensation: Commission-based (average $80k–$150k/year, top reps $200k+)

About the Role:

We’re seeking high-energy sales reps and appointment setters to join our Kansas City solar team. You’ll be on the front lines — generating leads, setting appointments, and closing deals that help families lower their energy costs while building a cleaner future.

What You’ll Do:

- Canvass and generate leads in residential neighborhoods.

- Educate homeowners on solar benefits.

- Set qualified appointments for solar consultations.

- Close sales and earn top-tier commissions.

- Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
