Who This Is For

We’re opening room for 1–2 experienced residential solar closers who:

- Generate their own leads

- Are comfortable selling at the kitchen table

- Understand PPW and margin

- Want clean installs and long-term stability

- Prefer local ownership over dealer games

This is not a volume churn shop.

Compensation

- $0.60 per watt (self-gen)

- Paid 50% at funding / 50% at install

- Battery adders paid separately

- No caps, no hidden redlines

We put comp in writing.

What We Provide

- Design, permitting, interconnection, install handled

- Fast install timelines (local crews)

- Utility-specific knowledge (Entergy, Coast Electric, Singing River, Cleco, etc.)

- Honest pricing — no pressure to oversell

- Direct access to ownership

You sell clean deals. We execute.

What We Expect

- Proven closing experience (solar, roofing, restoration, or similar)

- Ability to self-generate business

- Clean contracts and accurate expectations

- Professional communication with homeowners

This Role Is NOT For You If

- You rely on company-provided leads

- You need appointment setters

- You’re new to solar sales

- You avoid discussing PPW

- You’re looking for hype or “get rich quick”

Pay: $120,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
