We are seeking a versatile, full-time Social Media Marketing Manager / Content Creator to take ownership of content strategy, production, and growth across multiple brands in lifestyle, home building, travel, and real estate. This role combines hands-on creative production (filming, editing, posting) with strategic digital marketing expertise (growth strategy, analytics, ad campaigns).
The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and self-driven, with a proven ability to manage content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts while scaling brand presence and engagement. This position is also an excellent opportunity for recent graduates with strong digital marketing and content creation skills. A marketing or communications background is a plus, but not required — we value skill and results over classroom time.
- Content Production
- Film and photograph lifestyle, home, travel, and property-related content.
- Edit short-form videos and images for professional, on-brand presentation.
- Develop scroll-stopping Reels, carousels, stories, and shorts.
- Content Strategy & Posting
- Create and manage a content calendar for consistent publishing.
- Write compelling captions and select optimized hashtags for growth.
- Post across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts on a set schedule.
- Engagement & Community Growth
- Monitor accounts daily, responding to comments and messages in a professional tone.
- Research trends and implement strategies to drive organic growth and engagement.
- Advertising & Analytics
- Plan and manage paid campaigns (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads).
- Track performance and deliver weekly reports on growth, engagement, and ROI.
- Strong video production and editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar).
- Proven ability to grow and manage Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube audiences.
- Expertise in content strategy for short-form video and social media growth.
- Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and social media advertising.
- Excellent copywriting skills for captions, hooks, and storytelling.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance metrics.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Experience managing lifestyle, real estate, construction, or travel content.
- Graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator).
- Knowledge of SEO and YouTube optimization.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a strong plus.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred but not required.
