We’re looking for a highly creative and proactive Multimedia Content Creator to join our growing marketing team. This individual will play a key role in creating compelling, scroll-stopping content across our digital platforms. The ideal candidate is someone who can see content opportunities in real time, pivot quickly to capture them, and bring brand storytelling to life—even when starting from scratch.
The Multimedia Content Creator will work closely with the Creative Manager to drive the company's creative direction. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs and engaging video content to support our brand, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms. You will work on various projects, including branding, video creation, social media content creation, motion graphics, video ads, and other multimedia content. The role will also assist with trade shows, promotional and branding materials, email, PowerPoints, and other print materials.
- Visual Content Creation: Produce high-quality visual content (photo, video, reels, graphics, etc.) that supports brand campaigns, product promotions, and seasonal messaging across social media, website, email, and sales tools.
- On-the-Spot Creativity: Recognize and act on real-time opportunities to create content—turning everyday moments into brand stories.
- Social Media Execution: Bring social media ideas to life by translating concepts into engaging, visual content that fits platform trends and best practices.
- Content Strategy Support: Collaborate with the marketing to brainstorm ideas, plan shoots, and contribute to content calendars.
- Brand Voice & Visuals: Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice, aesthetic, and strategic goals.
- Repurposing: Adapt and optimize content for various channels including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, email, and website.
- Trend Spotting: Stay current with social media trends, tools, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Proven experience in content creation, photography, videography, and social media (professional portfolio required).
- Strong visual storytelling skills with the ability to create content from concept to post.
- Ability to "make something out of nothing"—resourceful, scrappy, and always ready to create.
- Skilled in using phones, cameras, and editing apps/software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, Lightroom).
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms and what content performs well on each.
- Graphic design and motion graphics capabilities.
- Self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and pivot quickly.
- Experience with product-based or automotive brands.
- On-camera confidence or talent direction experience.
