About the role:

Location: Remote (1 day/week onsite in Denver, CO or Minneapolis, MN)

We are looking for a Solar Interconnection Coordinator to support the On‑Site Solar program. This is a high-volume, operations-focused role responsible for processing and managing solar interconnection applications through a structured workflow in Salesforce.

You will help ensure applications move through each stage while supporting installers and our teams. It is ideal for candidates who excel and enjoy working with systems and data.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and process solar interconnection applications within Salesforce

- Move applications through defined workflow stages

- Run Salesforce reports and distribute application workloads

- Respond to installer questions using Salesforce Chatter

- Monitor shared queues and ensure processing of applications

- Identify and support process improvements and efficiency opportunities

- Support multiple operating companies (Colorado and Minnesota) through cross-training

- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal workflows

Qualifications:

- 1+ years of experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems

- Experience working with shared queues and workflow-based processing

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

- Comfortable working across integrated systems (CRM and billing platforms)
