Summary

Join Bulldog Generators as a Small Engine Generator Technician, where your skills will support the reliable operation of generators for our diverse clientele. You will play a key role in ensuring power systems run efficiently and dependably. Responsibilities

- Diagnose, service and repair residential and commercial generators to ensure optimal performance.

- Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs using hand tools, power tools, and schematics.

- Conduct mechanical repairs as needed.

- Assist with installation of new generator systems.

- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance procedures.

- Follow safety protocols during all repair and installation activities.

- Maintain accurate records of work performed.

- Work independently in the field with minimal supervision

- Communicate professionally with customers and team members

Qualifications

- Proven experience with small engine repair, electrical systems, and mechanical work.

- Strong knowledge of electrical systems (AC/DC)

- Strong knowledge of schematics and diagnostic procedures.

- Ability to operate hand tools & power tools.

- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary.

- Excellent customer service skills.

- Ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical faults efficiently

- Relevant certifications or technical training in engine repair is preferred.

- Own basic tools and a reliable multimeter

- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

- Valid driver’s license in good standings

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
