Provide Mailroom and other administrative support including Switchboard Coverage of phones and front desk.
- Provide team leadership on a daily basis.
- Cover phones and front desk when required.
- Accept inbound and outbound mail and packages.
- Communicate with leadership and clients on a regular basis.
- Answer calls and direct callers to the appropriate department and/or person.
- Provides training and assistance on the TRIRIGA Work Order system to the call center operators, crew members, enterprise users and Property Services Management.
- Provide Security Services with On-Boarding employee assistance.
- Provide administrative support to the Property Services director and facility managers.
- Update employee information contained in the corporate directory and web application. Keep current with name changes, location changes, and phone number changes.
- Order materials and supplies for Property Services. Reconcile statements using electronic system.
- Maintain switchboard operator statistics for call answer rates, abandon rates, and call volumes.
- Provide assistance to Property Services staff on a variety of projects.
- Perform mailroom duties on a daily basis.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of team leadership experience.
- Two years administrative experience with at least one year in a corporate environment.
- Mailing and shipping experience.
- One year of experience in customer service department with experience in receptionist and administrative assistant field.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software.
- Effective verbal communication skills.
- Ability to organize work and priorities effectively.
