Kind Designs is a Miami-based startup revolutionizing coastal construction through large-scale, concrete 3D-printing technology. We are 3D-Printing Living Seawalls that are structurally identical to traditional concrete seawalls, but also function like reefs and dissipate waves.
Our mission is to disrupt coastal construction through 3D-printing technology and biomimicry design, and scale Living Seawalls globally to all coastal cities at-risk from flooding and rising sea-levels!
We’re a super close team, looking for someone special who can keep up! We’re looking for a gritty individual who will roll up their sleeves and do what it takes to close the deal and take Kind Designs to the next level.

3. Developers, architects and engineers who can all influence the homeowner
You’ll own the full sales cycle from prospecting and education to closing and coordination. The ideal candidate combines sales expertise with a strong understanding of coastal infrastructure and construction, and will thrive as part of an impact startup on a mission to revolutionize coastal construction.
position includes $60-$80K base salary + uncapped commission + equity + benefits.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the residential and commercial sectors.
- Prepare and submit quotations to customers
- Identify, track, and engage potential customers by leveraging relationships, attending industry events, and staying up-to-date on customer needs
- Keep pipeline activities updated and accurate in CRM
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 0 - 3 years of experience in full life-cycle sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in complex sales environments.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Monday.com).
- Experience selling products or services to homeowners, developers, contractors, or HOAs.
- Existing network of contacts in residential development, marine construction, or commercial real estate.
- Knowledge of local permitting processes and coastal construction regulations.
- Experience managing a sales territory or region with a focus on lead generation, pipeline building, and relationship management.
- Bachelor’s degree in coastal engineering, construction, or a related field is a plus.
