Role Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on Production Lead to split their time evenly between working in production and supervising our team. This role ensures orders are completed accurately, on time, and to quality standards, while also training staff, troubleshooting equipment, and keeping operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

- Lead and coordinate daily production tasks, assigning work and monitoring progress.

- Train, coach, and support production team members.

- Perform value-add operations such as wire cutting, coiling, spooling, and packaging.

- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately.

- Troubleshoot and perform light repairs on equipment.

- Maintain safety and quality standards in all operations.

What We’re Looking For

- 5+ years in manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution.

- Continuous improvement mindset

- Previous lead, trainer, or supervisory experience preferred.

- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to read work orders, drawings, and specifications.

- Forklift experience a plus (we can certify).

Pay: $24.33 - $29.30 per hour
