This position is essential for maintaining high standards in our projects, ensuring safety, compliance, and overall quality throughout the construction process.
- Travel to project site with overnight stays is required.
- Conduct SWPPP inspections per TPDES/NPDES requirements
- Operate drones to document site progress, erosion control measures, and material locations
- Track, organize, and manage inventory (materials, wattles, fencing, signage, etc.)
- Coordinate with project managers and foremen to maintain proper site setup and compliance
- Document and report BMP conditions, material usage, deficiencies, and corrective actions
- Maintain digital inspection records and drone footage archives
- Document findings in detailed reports, highlighting any areas of concern or non-compliance
- Prepare and submit digital, geo-referenced reports based on inspection findings
- Site visits to assess site conditions, collect samples, communicate with KerTec’s Team
- Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to construction inspections
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, mobile inspection/reporting apps
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Obtain or willing to obtain a Qualified SW3P and QCIS certificate immediately upon employment

- Willingness to work outdoors, which may include adverse weather conditions, rugged terrain, varying temperatures, excessive noise levels, or other potential hazards
- Mobility around construction sites, including walking, bending, squatting, or kneeling while wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Willingness to sit for extended periods of time, either in office setting or within a vehicle during inspections or travel to/from job site
