WQS Non-Destructive Testing Inc. is now recruiting for a Site Administrator for Turnaround in the Edmonton region. This is your chance to join a dynamic team, enjoy a people first culture, and contribute to a season focused on excellence and innovation.

Schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off - 10-hour days - Dayshift and nightshift options

Location: Red Water, Alberta

Duration: Immediate start date, minimum of two (2) months of work

Hourly Rate: $33.00 - $38.00/hour, based on relevant experience and tenure

Employment Status: Temporary, Full-Time with the potential opportunity to continued employment

What You Will Do

•

Complete and submit LEM (Labour, Equipment, Materials) reports in a timely manner.

•

Review timesheets and swipe report for accuracy.

•

Assist Payroll and Onboarding departments as required from a site level. In turn, providing support to field staff with inquiries related to payroll and onboarding.

•

Complete purchase requisitions, as well as following through with ordering of materials and office supplies.

•

Complete filing at the site level in a cloud filing system.

•

Assist with booking travel and accommodations.

•

Other administrative duties as require.

What You Will Bring

•

Experience at the Administrator level in the Oil & Gas industry, Site Administration experience is best.

•

Must be Fit for Duty at all times and be able to comply with the Canadian Model for Providing a Safe Workplace which includes alcohol and drug testing.

•

Valid driver's license with a 3-year driver abstract, Common Safety Orientation & Confined Space Certification are a bonus.

•

Solid Verbal and written communication in English.

•

Strong work ethic and positive attitude is a must.
