About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Systems Administrator to join our IT team. This role is crucial in ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the in-house information systems and IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for managing servers, networks, and security systems, while also providing support and guidance for our internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
•Install, configure, and maintain Windows systems, including hardware, OS, and enterprise applications.
•Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, etc.) and Entra ID
•Manage user accounts, licenses, permissions, and security groups through Microsoft 365 Admin Center and Entra ID
•Implement and manage security features such as Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Conditional Access, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
•Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 services, mail flow, authentication, and collaboration tools
•Provide training and support to end-users to maximize adoption and usage of M365 tools
•Maintain and administer firewalls, VPNs, and other network security technologies.
•Support end users and resolve escalated technical issues across hardware, software, and networking.
•Create and maintain documentation related to configurations, systems, and standard operating procedures.
•Collaborate with other IT staff to plan and execute projects and infrastructure improvements.

Qualifications
Required:
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
•3+ years of hands-on experience managing Microsoft 365 environments
•Strong proficiency in Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Entra ID
•Experience with Microsoft 365 security and compliance tools
•Skilled in PowerShell scripting for automation and administration
•Familiarity with Intune and device configuration and compliance policies
•Familiarity with networking protocols, firewalls, and security best practices
Preferred:
•Microsoft certifications such as MS-102, AZ-104, or Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
•Experience with Microsoft Defender for Office 365 and Purview (Information Protection)
•Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, etc.
