Sign Installation Technician

Key Responsibilities:

- Install interior and exterior signage, including wall and window graphics

- Work with large-format graphics and vinyl installations

- Read and follow construction drawings, paper templates, and installation instructions

- Work effectively around installation schedules and be available for overtime when needed

- Use your own tools and maintain them responsibly

- Collaborate with team members to support accurate and timely project completion

- Maintain a safe, organized, and professional job site

- Provide excellent customer service and represent Red Elephant professionally

Qualifications & Skills:

- High school diploma or GED equivalent

- Previous signage installation experience preferred

- Journeyman Sign Electrician highly preferred but not required

- Valid driver's license (required)

- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred

- Proficient with hand tools and installation equipment

- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

- Positive attitude with the ability to work well with others

- Trustworthy, honest, self-motivated, and professional in appearance
