Showroom Lead

The Showroom Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the retail showroom, which includes managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, implementing sales strategies, and maintaining sample inventory & drops. They must possess strong leadership and communication skills, along with experience in retail management.

The Showroom Lead will also be expected to ensure that the sales floor is visually appealing and inviting towards customers. They also address and resolve issues and concerns, delegate tasks among staff in maintaining the cleanliness and order in showrooms, negotiate deals with customers, and maintain product knowledge, utilizing their expertise by training employees and enhancing their skills.
