What You'll Do

As a Production Lead, you'll play a key role in our specialized IBC tote and industrial container recycling facility. The ideal candidate will be actively engaged in hands-on, physical work on the production floor while leading a dedicated team. Your contribution will directly support our expansion toward a new state-of-the-art industrial recycling facility, improving operations with innovative mechanical processes that will lead us into a new era of container recycling and reuse.
