Production Lead

Production Lead Position with a hardware manufacturing company. We are seeking highly skilled, quality, dependable, positive & motivated individuals to join our growing TEAM. This position will require applicants to have good leadership skills to manage other employees engaged in manufacturing activities. Applicants must be familiar with fast paced manufacturing environment as well as skilled in the uses of computers. Any ERP Software, and/or MasterCam and Solidworks knowledge, lean manufacturing, 5S are all helpful. This position will be responsible for all aspects of our manufacturing processes, and will work closely with the Plant Manager and the Shipping/Warehouse Manager in ensuring jobs get completed on or before due dates. We are a machine shop with manual and CNC lathes, mill, plasma cutter, fabrication capabilities, etc. We have an ERP software for job tracking and also for tracking our inventory.
