Technical Cutting Solutions (TCS) , a premier provider of water jet cutting services in the heart of South Edmonton is presently recruiting for a detail-oriented and organized Shipping and Receiving/ Shop Hand to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the shipping and receiving processes, ensuring that materials and products are accurately tracked, stored, and dispatched in a timely manner . A mandatory requirement is having at least 2 years of prior forklift experience in a manufacturing environment.

In return for your hard work, you will be paid a starting wage of $25.00 per hour . This is a day shift position working Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4: 00 PM with the capability of being able to work overtime when needed.

The flexibility to navigate in the different areas of the shop on short notice is absolutely needed in order to be successful in this role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION:

o Organize and maintain and clean the warehouse and yard layout to maximize space and efficiency.

o Dump scrap, garbage and garnet bins from the shop into the yard.

o Perform regular inventory checks and assist with stock replenishment as needed.

o Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and orderly work environment.

o Future opportunity to train as an operator on water jet cutting equipment.
