Position Type: Full-Time

About the Position: We’re looking for a self-motivated, hardworking Shop Hand to support daily operations in our CNG conversion automotive shop. This role is essential to keeping the shop running smoothly, organized, and safe. If you enjoy hands-on work, staying busy, and being part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Fueling vehicles as needed to assist technicians and maintain workflow.

- Test-driving vehicles to verify repairs, diagnose issues, or support shop needs.

- Shop cleaning and organization, including sweeping, trash removal, and keeping work areas tidy.

- Parking organization to ensure efficient vehicle flow in and out of the shop.

- Pulling and prepping parts for technicians, ensuring the correct components are ready for each job.

- Maintaining overall shop cleanliness to ensure a safe and productive environment.

- Assist Technicians as they need help with certain jobs

Qualifications:

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

- Ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles.

- Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow instructions.

- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

- Automotive interest or experience is a plus, but not required.
