Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Watford City, ND for a Shop Foreman. The Shop Foreman will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the shop, supervising staff, managing heavy equipment and maintenance activities, and ensuring efficient workflow. This role requires effective communication with team members, handling carpentry tasks, and maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

Supervisory Skills and Communication skills

Experience with Heavy Equipment and Maintenance

Carpentry skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work well in a team environment

Relevant certifications or experience in a related field is a plus

Knowledge of downhole rod pump, bottom hole equipment, tubing anchor catchers, and wellhead equipment
