Shop Fabrication Foreman Position And Responsibilities
This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication, with a deep understanding of dry-side HVAC applications and design. As a Shop Fabrication Foreman, you will:
•
Oversee daily operations of the sheet metal fabrication shop, ensuring projects are completed on time and to specification.
•
Lead, train, and supervise a team of sheet metal fabricators, fostering a culture of safety and quality.
•
Coordinate with project managers and other departments to ensure seamless workflow and adherence to schedules.
•
Maintain equipment, tools, and materials, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
•
Troubleshoot complex fabrication issues and provide hands-on guidance to team members.
