As a highly valued member of the Dallas, TX Team, this position will ensure the warehouse shipping operation on the finished goods and raw material meets its daily objectives.
· Coordinate the finished goods and raw material shipping operation
· Load raw materials, equipment, and chemicals and log all incoming equipment
· Prepare consolidate packing list, assign reference numbers, and verify material
· Support communication of daily customer shortages to the plant, process shipments, document and release loads
· Support proper and accurate documentation for both northbound and southbound loads
· Load and unload all MRO/Raw Material, equipment and chemicals
· Log all incoming Raw Material and MRO
· Ensure the north-and-south-bound trucks and trailers logistics average pounds per load are maintained, as well as the most cost-effective quantity of trucks
· Support proper transactions on all incoming/outgoing product, materials and MRO
· Handle incoming RMAs from customers and communicate with the shipping and receiving department in Reynosa, MX
· Coordinate warehouse employee assignments to ensure performance objectives are met
· Ensure proper files are kept within corporate guidelines
· Other duties/projects as assigned by the warehouse supervisor.
This is a first shift position with general working hours of Monday through Thursday, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
