Job Description Health, Safety, Sustainability, Environment
•Demonstrate visible safety leadership in all aspects
Personnel Readiness
•Proactively ensure field staff are ready for deployment by managing requirements for supplier management systems (e.g. ISNetworld) including certifications, vaccines, and training
•Efficiently manage purchasing & distribution of PPE to field staff
Personnel Deployment
•Ensure work-rest policy and safe travel best practices are followed
•Coordinate and dispatch IPT personnel and equipment to the job site as efficiently as possible
•Monitor and maintain personnel travel tracking system (LaborSync)
•Arrange visas, travel and airfare utilizing approved travel agents and vendors
•Review & approve day rate logs (DRLs) & expenses from field are accurate, ensuring customer billing and employee payouts are aligned
Ticketing
•Initiate all (field service, rental, engineering service & remote monitoring) tickets in the ticketing workflow system, overseeing and reviewing tickets throughout the process ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to accounting
•Ensure and maintain up to date customer pricing information
•Work closely with accounting department, communicating often regarding the status of field tickets, vendor invoices, field advisor expenses, etc.
•Close out tickets to ensure optimal cash flow
Equipment Readiness & Deployment
•Manage and track equipment via approved software through its lifecycle, including purchase, inspection, calibration, condition monitoring, maintenance, inventory, and disposal
•Maintain all equipment documentation, including transducer calibration certificates
•Ensure adequate volume of equipment inventory is available for deployment
•Prepare and stage equipment and respective documentation for transport
•Ship equipment in an organized and safe manner ensuring that equipment arrives in a presentable and operational state at the work site, ensuring proper re-billing to client
•Schedule and track international and domestic shipments
•Work with approved brokers when importing equipment to the USA
Other
•Represent IPT Global in a professional manner, in all settings
•All other duties as assigned
Qualifications Requirements
•Able to work nights and weekends, on a rotation schedule, and extended hours as business needs require
•Able to work full-time in the Houston Office
•Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or any other business degree from an accredited university
Preferred
•One to two years’ experience in logistics coordination and/or customer service
