Shipping Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team. This role is essential to ensuring our customers receive their products on time, with accuracy and professionalism.

What You’ll Do

- Coordinate all outbound shipping and freight activities.

- Schedule pickups and work directly with carriers and freight providers.

- Oversee packaging and ensure proper handling of all outbound items.

- Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documentation (BOL, packing lists, photos, etc.).

- Enter shipping details into Smartsheets and customer folders.

- Partner with the Materials Lead and Production teams to ensure shipments align with schedules and project requirements.

- Notify the Supply Chain Manager of any issues related to freight or logistics.

What We’re Looking For

- 3+ years of shipping, logistics, or freight coordination experience.

- Strong knowledge of shipping documentation and carrier requirements.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to manage multiple shipments in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Experience with Smartsheets or similar tools is a plus.
