We’re looking for a detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join our team! In this role, you’ll help ensure our products are shipped accurately and on time to customers across the U.S. and around the world.

- Prepare and process domestic and international shipments, including packing slips, labels, invoices, and customs documentation.
- Verify orders before shipment to ensure accuracy, correct serial numbers, and proper documentation.
- Coordinate with shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) to schedule pickups and ensure timely deliveries.
- Select the appropriate packaging based on the size and type of items being shipped.
- Monitor outbound orders to ensure items are picked correctly and ready for shipment.
- Ensure international shipments meet export and customs regulations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and process shipments in the ERP system.
- Keep the shipping area clean, safe, and organized.
- Maintain adequate supplies of shipping materials such as boxes, packing paper, and labels.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of shipping/receiving experience, preferably in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.- Experience with domestic and international shipping processes and documentation.
- Familiarity with shipping systems, ERP software, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
- Ability to work well with multiple teams across the organization.
