Shipping Personnel

Experience Requirements:

Prior experience preferred ; basic Math skills, Experience using measuring equipment preferred but not necessary; Good organizational skills; Ability to work with minimal supervision; Ability to read and follow instructions; must be able to lift 30 lbs or greater at times; ability to use a forklift or learn to use one

Description of Duties:

Packages and labels products for shipping; Loads and unloads delivery trucks; Assists in completion of daily paperwork; Performs weight counts on all incoming and outgoing shipments; Distributes smaller deliveries to appropriate departments; Helps maintain organization of product inventory; print labels from computer using specific label software. Other duties as assigned.

As a Shipping Personnel, you will be integral to the efficient operation, ensuring timely shipping and receiving of goods. Reporting to the Operations Manager, your core responsibilities will include order fulfillment and maintaining accurate records. Your proficiency in basic math and organizational skills will support effective stocking and order picking processes. Additionally, your premium skills in pallet jack operation and familiarity with warehouse management systems will enhance productivity.
