Position Summary:

We’re hiring a Level 3 Sheet Metal Mechanic who’s ready to own scopes of work, guide junior mechanics, and be the person foremen count on when the job gets hard. You know how to turn drawings into installs. You keep the job moving. You lead by example.

What You’ll Do:* Interpret and execute field drawings, layouts, and job scopes

What You’ll Bring:* 5–8 years of experience in sheet metal, HVAC, or mechanical installs

Pay & Benefits:* $34–$45/hour, depending on skill and field leadership

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

You’ll work on rooftops, lifts, and ladders, often in heat, cold, or tight conditions. This role requires lifting 50+ lbs regularly and staying physically sharp throughout the day. Safety is non-negotiable — so is effort.
