Location: Norristown, PA (Field-Based Role) | Pay Range: $46–$55/hour | Full-Time

Position Summary:

We’re hiring a Level 4 Sheet Metal Mechanic – Foreman to lead full-scope projects in the field. You’ll read the prints, generate the plan, run multiple crews, and make sure every install hits the mark — on time, on spec, and on code.

This isn’t a teaching role. It’s not a backup plan. It’s a frontline leadership role for someone with 8+ years in the trade and the ability to lead by example, under pressure, every time.

What You’ll Do:* Interpret and execute full project scopes from drawings and work orders

What You’ll Bring:* 8+ years of field experience in sheet metal, HVAC, or mechanical installation

Pay & Benefits:* $46–$55/hour based on experience, accountability, and leadership

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

This role is active and full-time in the field. You’ll be on rooftops, in mechanical rooms, and on ladders and lifts. Expect to carry materials, lift 50+ lbs regularly, and manage work in varied weather conditions. You're not behind the scenes — you're leading from the front.
