Position Summary:

We’re hiring a Level 1 Sheet Metal Mechanic to work under experienced foremen and learn the ropes on real job sites. You’ll install kitchen exhaust hoods, duct, fans, and rooftop systems — not sweep floors or run for coffee.

We don’t care if you came from the military or the shop floor — as long as you’re dependable, teachable, and ready to hustle.

What You’ll Do:* Install kitchen hoods, ductwork, fans, curbs, and support gear

What You’ll Bring:* High school diploma or equivalent

Pay & Benefits:* Starting Pay: $21.00 – $25.00/hour (based on skill, attitude, and reliability)

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

This is field work. You’ll lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, work in heat or tight spaces, and stay moving. You’ll use hand and power tools and be expected to work smart, safe, and hard — every day.
