Level 2 or 3 Sheet Metal Apprentice

We are currently seeking motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team of highly skilled professionals in an apprenticeship capacity. Applicants must be currently in Level 2 or 3 of their sheet metal training (hours/ schooling).

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

MUST* be enrolled in or have completed Level 2 or 3 of your sheet metal training program. MUST* have minimum (1) year sheet metal experience in an industrial setting

JOB DESCRIPTION

•

Assist with day to day assigned tasks and responsibilities in our fabrication shop as well as on jobsites under the direction of Sr. Journeymen and Forman

•

Tasks include fabrication and installation on industrial jobsites

•

Operation of Plasma Machine

•

Material handling

•

Shop duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS

Have strong interpersonal and communication skills

Be able to multi-task and prioritize

Organized and detail-oriented

•

Pro-active/ takes initiative

•

Hardworking and reliable team player

•

Eager to learn

•

Able to take and follow directions

•

Comfortable working at heights

•

Comfortable using hand and power tools

•

Good English skills (written and spoken)

•

High School completion

•

MUST have completed minimum level 1 Sheet Metal Training

•

Forklift Experience

•

Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation required

•

Willingness to work on and off site as needed

Pay: $29.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 48 per week
