Sheet Metal Journeyman/woman

EnergyX Geothermal Inc. is a growing residential HVAC company focused on teamwork, professionalism, and a “client first” attitude. We are seeking a licensed Residential Low Rise Sheet Metal Journeyman with 10+ years of experience in new residential construction to join our Mississauga-based team. The ideal candidate takes pride in high-quality workmanship, can lead a crew, and understands the demands of fast-paced residential build environments.

Responsibilities:

- Install residential sheet metal and duct systems for new construction homes

- Fabricate, assemble, and install HVAC ductwork according to plans and specifications

- Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings

- Ensure all work complies with Ontario Building Code and safety regulations

- Coordinate with site supervisors, builders, and other trades

- Lead and supervise a 2-person crew

- Maintain a safe, organized, and professional job site

Qualifications:

- Valid Residential Low Rise Sheet Metal Installer license (Ontario) - 308R

- Minimum 10 years of hands-on residential new construction experience

- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and installation practices

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong work ethic and attention to detail

- Fluent communication in English

Compensation & Benefits:

- $55.00 per hour

- Driver's license and clean driving abstract are a must

- Criminal record check is a must
