The Service Manager is responsible for managing RainRock Services’s service department and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through on-time service and maintenance of our equipment. The position requires a candidate with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and a strong ability to work with little supervision. The position requires close attention to detail, excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving skills, as well as a high level of customer focus.
- Manage all aspects of RainRock Services’s service department including service of our equipment and vehicles.
- Ensure timely and accurate service by tracking information into our system;
- Manage all aspects of the repair and maintenance process;
- Ensure that all customer service calls are completed in a timely manner;
- Oversee and manage the development of employees;
- Oversee and manage the maintenance and repair of our equipment;
- Manage all parts and supplies needed for a successful operation;
- Correspond with customers in a professional manner and at all times;
- Other duties as assigned.
