Power Systems West has sold and serviced small engines and generators throughout the Western United States since 1955 through five locations and a network of more than 500 dealers. Power Systems West locations include Portland, Oregon, Boise, Idaho, Seattle, Washington, Salt Lake City, Utah, and Denver Colorado. All locations offer 24/7 emergency service for power failures and unplanned outages.

Our Portland Service Team is part of our larger Service Organization that is made up of 5 teams, 40+ technicians and maintains over 6,000 generator maintenance contracts. Our customers, field technicians and service management team rely heavily on the support of our team of service coordinators. Our Power Systems division is seeking an experienced Service Coordinator in Portland, OR to provide excellent customer service, generate new business, develop and maintain existing business, and process warranty claims as well as assisting customers during walk-ins.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary range for this position is $50,000-$70,000 annually.
