As part of the corporate tax group, the senior tax accountant is responsible for supporting the preparation and review of partnership and corporate tax returns, tax provisions, and various tax related ad-hoc tasks.
Review partnership and corporate tax returns (Federal and multi-state)
Prepare tax workpapers and related supporting schedules
Assist with quarterly estimates, extensions, withholding tax filing requirements, and payment processes
Assist with the preparation of the quarterly/year-end tax provisions by preparing workpapers and compiling supporting documentation
Maintain fixed asset tax schedules for various projects
Prepare general ledger entries and maintain supporting workpapers
Assist with various ad hoc projects and tasks
Minimum three years of relevant public accounting experience
Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong knowledge of Excel, and Thomson Reuters Fixed Assets CS (preferred)
