Position Overview
The Solar Project Manager (Service & Remediation) owns the end‑to‑end process for fixing under‑performing or non‑compliant PV systems. You’ll diagnose what went wrong, draft the corrective action plan, coordinate crews, and shepherd each project through AHJ and utility inspections until the green tag is in hand.
Key Responsibilities
•Site Diagnostics & Scope Development
•Conduct assessments to pinpoint installation defects, code violations, and performance issues.
•Produce detailed punch‑lists, material takeoffs, and cost estimates for remediation.
•Project Planning & Scheduling
•Create project timelines, assign internal crews/subs, and order replacement parts.
•Coordinate AHJ re‑inspections.
•Serve as primary point of contact for homeowners, inspectors, utilities, and finance partners.
•Provide clear status updates and set accurate expectations on timelines.
•Capture lessons learned, update SOPs, and train crews on best‑practice fixes.
Qualifications
•1+ years experience in residential or light‑commercial solar project management, field engineering, or QA/QC.
•Strong working knowledge of solar materials and installation.
•Proficient with project‑management and CRM tools (e.g., Monday, Buildertrend, Salesforce).

Pay: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
