JOB SUMMARY
Manages projects in accordance with established project governance. Plans, directs and coordinates activities of assigned projects for designated IT or Business area, to ensure that goals and approved scope are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters. Develops, manages and coordinates project plans of different degrees of complexity. Manages a detailed work breakdown, resource commitments, budget, risks, and communication for each phase of the project, as required by project governance. Partners with the project Business Owner and Technical Lead on project delivery strategy, providing focus on transparency and project controls.

•Under supervision of management or senior level staff, develops project plans specifying goals, strategy, staffing, scheduling, identification of risks, contingency plans and allotment of resources for each phase of the project
•Formulates and defines technical scope and objectives of project for project personnel
•Manages activities of team members to perform analysis of business requirements to determine technical design and produce the required design documentation
•Establishes standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation
•Identifies and schedules project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks
•Coordinates recruitment and assignment of project personnel
•Assigns duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority to project personnel

EXPERIENCE
•Requires minimum 5 years job related work experience in excess of degree requirements
EDUCATION
•Bachelor's Degree : Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (Required)
•Master's Degree : Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (Preferred)
•or a combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge to a major in such fields is required
CERTIFICATION
•PMP Project Management Professional (Preferred)
•PgMP Program Management Professional (Preferred)
WORK LOCATION – Taylor, TX:
•Employees will be required to be on-site in Taylor, TX at minimum 2 days per week, or more, as needed based on the business needs as determined by management
•On-site schedules are flexible or may be rotated based on business needs as determined by the Manager
•Remote work is required to be performed from your Texas residence.
•Employees may opt to work on-site more than required or 100% of the time
