Senior Right of Way Agent

ROW Agent

Location: Central Ohio

Expense & Mileage Reimbursement will be provided, Per Deim is not available for this position

Job Duties:

- Travel to project sites across the state of Ohio

- Meeting directly with landowners, community members, client representatives, and construction crews

- Option and Easement Acquisitions

- Access and Workspace Acquisition

- Damage Settlements

- Pulling and reviewing Vesting Title documents

- Document Prep and Management

- Preparing and coordinating Landowner Mailings

- We are specifically seeking a candidate who lives in Ohio.

Qualifications:

To be successful in the Senior Right of Way Agent role, you will need the following qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Land and ROW acquisition

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Ability to interface professionally with client representatives

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to Right of Way Acquisition

- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel

- Currently located in the Central Ohio region. No relocation allowance is available.

- FERC Experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
