Senior Product Project Manager

Develop and execute strategic plans for large-scale electrical panel manufacturing projects.

Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful project delivery in the manufacturing domain.

Coordinate with internal (Sales, Engineering, Production, QC, Shipping and Receiving) and external stakeholders (Customers and vendors) to align project goals and expectations related to panel manufacturing.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards specific to electrical panel manufacturing.

Provide technical direction and support to project teams involved in the manufacturing process.

Conduct regular project reviews and implement improvements as needed to enhance manufacturing efficiency.

Foster strong relationships with clients and vendors to ensure project success in the manufacturing sector.

Ownership of managing project management software.

6+ years of experience in project management or a related field.

Extensive experience in managing complex electrical manufacturing projects is required.

Exceptional leadership and strategic planning skills.

Advanced knowledge of electrical systems and project management practices.

Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Knowledge of UL standards, including UL891, UL508A, and UL67.

Proficient in using project management software, such as Jira.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field highly preferred.
