Job Summary:
The Senior Product Manager Finance Systems is responsible for partnering with IT and Finance functions to administer, design and optimize financial applications, including general ledger system, Longview consolidation system, FloQast financial close management system, Concur travel and expense reporting system, business intelligence OLAP cubes, and other applications, tools, and templates. This role involves driving the strategic vision for financial systems, ensuring alignment with business goals, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance financial processes and reporting capabilities. The ideal candidate is part strategist, part leader, part builder, part operator.
Primary Job Responsibilities
•System Administration and Maintenance: Oversee the management of hierarchies, accounts, communities, and other administrator responsibilities for financial systems, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction
•Data Management: Lead efforts to load data into various financial applications, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
•Reporting and Analysis: Deliver timely and accurate reports, leveraging business intelligence tools to provide actionable insights
•User Support: Provide daily support to Finance user groups, including field finance, Corporate Accounting, National Shared Services, FP&A, Tax, Audit, and Treasury, ensuring seamless operation of financial systems
•Project Management: Drive projects related to replacements and enhancements of financial systems, ensuring they meet business requirements and are delivered on time
•Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a liaison to IT and other functions, fostering collaboration and ensuring financial systems meet the needs of all stakeholders
•Thought Leadership: Act as a thought leader for financial and business intelligence applications, driving innovation and continuous improvement. This role involves developing and maintaining product roadmaps that align with the company's strategic vision and business goals.
•Process Automation: Identify opportunities to automate and streamline reporting processes, enhancing efficiency and accuracy
•Audit Processes: Develop and improve systematic audit processes to ensure accurate flow of data between key systems Perform other duties as assigned

Required Education/Experience
•Minimum bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, information systems, or a related field
•Minimum 8 years financial analysis and/or systems administration experience
•Previous supervisory experience preferred
Required Licensing, Registration And/or Certifications
Required Skills
•Detailed knowledge of financial systems
•Working knowledge of accounting and month-end financial close processes
•Demonstrated aptitude with technology, including Excel, PowerBI or other business intelligence systems and tools, and managing large datasets
•Familiarity with API integrations and financial data transformation tools
•Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
•Ability to manage people, projects, and processes across functions / departments
