JOB TITLE: Finance & Accounting Systems Manager

JOB DUTIES: Gather and analyze the business process requirements of Ulterra and ensuring accurate systems configuration to meet those requirements. Serve as Finance lead for the selection, maintenance, development of subject matter experts, training, upgrades, and other core components of ERP and other financial systems software. Monitor adherence to Sarbanes-Oxley internal controls and support the required system implementation of new internal controls. Plan and work closely with Information Technology personnel, system vendors, and staff as the system changes and upgrades are planned, tested, and implemented. Provide support on troubleshooting system errors and identify/test proper changes to mitigate future errors. Monitor and maintain reporting data integrity in systems by analyzing data and validating against controls. Responsible for the requirements gathering and solution design by partnering with the development team to deliver a configured and unit-tested solution of sufficient quality and efficient functionality. Provide suggestions and feedback on accounting-related topics for cross-departmental collaborations. Ad-hoc project support as needed. Requires 10% domestic and international travel.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Cost Accounting or a related field and 6 years of experience in oil and gas industry operations accounting in a manufacturing environment. Six (6) years of experience to include: accounting systems implementation within a manufacturing environment; Microsoft Dynamics (Navision); PowerBI; Jet Reports; and Concur. Four (4) years of experience gathering and analyzing business process requirements to develop ERP System improvements for various business units; and calculating and processing variable commission structure for a global manufacturing company. Two (2) years of experience supervising the inventory process of global manufacturing facilities.
