Overview
The position provides support to the F&A Dept. in matters related to finance, cash management, banking, receivables management, and related matters. It provides specific support to the CFO managing all finance functions, financial reporting, financial and key information analysis, Expansion Accounting, interim and annual audits.
Duties
•Responsible for managing and reporting cash, bank and related transactions periodically.
•Oversee daily and month-end closing procedures and reporting of cash/bank balances
•Prepare monthly cash flows based on actuals to date and forecasts (based on inputs from management) to close of the fiscal year.
•Prepare and report debt schedules including forward looking reports with position of debt liability at various points of time
•Prepare and report interest schedules (based on long term debt) over life of the debt.
•Ensure interest expense and income is accurately accounted for and reported including interest accrued (whether due or not)
•Expansion related activities
•Availing timely Incentives from State as well as Federal
•Cost control and working with the Project team
•Work with BDO / tax consultant for Tax optimization on Project
•Capitalization of Assets
•Monitor movement of Assets from CSI and other vendors
•Reconcile Stores and Spares
•Proper supervision for effective management of cash including daily receipts, disbursements, transfers of funds, and information reporting
•Responsible for ensuring that cost saving opportunities and efficiency improvements are recognized by working with bank service providers and third-party payment processors
•Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
•B.S. in business related field
•3 - 5 years in finance, accounting or treasury role including experience in some or all of the following: Cash management, capital markets, credit analysis, business analysis, forecasting, and external reporting
