Job Summary
The B2B Marketing Coordinator will collaboratively develop and implement marketing strategies for our B2B businesses: Gaubert Oil Company, GOCO Logistics and Industrial Fluid Management. The B2B Marketing Coordinator role is located at our corporate office in Thibodaux, LA on a full-time basis and is not eligible for remote work. The B2B Marketing Coordinator reports to the VP of Sales.
Responsibilities
•Collaboratively develop and implement the B2B marketing strategies for the company
•Train sales team on marketing items and align marketing with the sales process
•Stay up to date with supplier requirements
•Support Sales enablement with efforts such as market research, forecasts, analytics, quotes / proposals / presentations, and training
•Develop content across all marketing platforms
•Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results; create marketing qualified leads that translate to business growth
•Create and execute marketing promotions
•Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition
•Lead/implement brand management guidelines consistently across all businesses / departments
•Work collaboratively with internal cross-functional teams, supplier partners, and external agencies
•Responsible for company give aways and trade show/company/community events support
•Responsible for quality control of all internal and external materials
•Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends
Experience/Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or related field preferred; sales experience a plus
•Proven track record of success in relevant marketing roles (5+ years)
•Project management experience in digital marketing
•Familiarity with most current Adobe Creative Suite a plus
•WordPress experience a plus
•Self-starter with ability to trouble shoot and proactively bring ideas
•Ability to work independently
•Able to handle multiple jobs simultaneously
•Ability to quickly learn new businesses
