As our Marketing & Communications Coordinator you represent Dellbrook|JKS in various ways, both externally and internally, communicating our messaging. You will work with the Marketing Director and Marketing Team to strategically utilize all aspects of communication & social media marketing. In this role you should have great management skills, a solid understanding of how each social media channel works, and how to optimize content so that it is engaging on those channels. You are also a big part of our internal culture as you will be engaging with our people and the projects we work on.

Qualifications
•Entry level position, but 1-2 years of marketing experience within A/E/C industries is preferred
•BS/BA with concentration in marketing, business, communications, or journalism preferred
•Some skills in photography or a strong interest in learning
•Understanding of compiling & sending press release content to publications
•Expert knowledge of all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok)
•Proven ability to initiate work, make strategic decisions, and follow through to meet deadlines
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on quality
•Excellent writing skills and a strong design sense with a high level of creativity
•Some technical proficiency in MailChimp, Canva, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Responsibilities (Internal & External Communications, Marketing Support)
•Write/create content to be used in press releases, our website, advertisements and social media by gathering photos and stories from our people and projects
•Photograph events and corporate portraits
•Follow, attend, and document project milestones (groundbreaking, topping-off, ribbon cutting, etc.) for content generation
•Develop a schedule for posting regular content for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, & LinkedIn, while managing and monitoring each platform
•Report social media and website analytics, along with developing strategies around this data
•Compile Marketing’s internal monthly newsletter and assist with other newsletter creation
•Support internal departments with communication and document formatting requests
•Update both our website and employee intranet, making sure information is up to date
•Assist with project portfolio record updating
•Maintaining the events calendar for both internal and external events
•Send/follow-up on RSVPs when needed
•Manage award submissions on behalf of Dellbrook|JKS
