Job Description
We’re seeking a Marketing Coordinator who can roll up their sleeves and get on-site to capture real progress and share our story across multiple digital platforms. You’ll be responsible for creating engaging video content from job sites, managing our social media presence, and supporting general marketing efforts that drive visibility and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
•Capture and edit video/photo content from job sites to highlight project progress and company capabilities
•Manage and update company social media accounts (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram) with regular, on-brand content
•Create and schedule posts to maintain an active and engaging online presence
•Coordinate basic advertising efforts including flyers, brochures, and online promotions
•Work closely with the project management and field teams to gather content and updates
•Assist in website updates, email campaigns, and other digital marketing efforts as needed
•Monitor social media trends and performance analytics to help guide content strategy
Qualifications:
•Previous experience in marketing, social media, or content creation preferred
•Proficiency in video editing and graphic design tools (Premiere Pro, Canva, Adobe Premiere, Photo Shop or similar)
•Strong communication and storytelling skills
•Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
•Comfortable visiting active job sites and collaborating with field crews
•Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus, but not required

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
