We are looking for a talented individual…

To join our team as a Senior Market Outreach Specialist! You will be responsible for developing an increased awareness in and adoption of targeted energy efficient technologies, strategic market development, customer satisfaction, as well as delivering on client goals related to outreach activity and energy savings. Adhering to designated program budgets and allocated resources. Trade Allies include manufacturers, distributors, contractors, and retailers of residential and commercial energy and water efficiency products, such as HVAC, Water Heating, Lighting, and other electric and natural gas saving equipment.

The successful candidate will be based in Denver, Colorado.

- Recruit, educate and develop relationships with contractors and other Trade Allies to encourage effective marketing of programs.

- Develop outreach tactics to assist in recruiting customers and trade allies

- Create and execute outreach strategies to residential, multifamily, commercial and industrial customers

- Develop and track strategies to meet outreach and program targets

- Adjust outreach strategies based on program changes, outreach strategy effectiveness

- Establish relationships with all stakeholders in the energy efficiency landscape including contractors, trade allies and small business customers

- Implement new tools and processes to improve the outreach function.

- Stay informed on emerging energy efficiency technologies.

- Perform event planning, coordination and presentations of programs.

- Lead researching of the markets; accumulating data on businesses and identifying the key allies to be targeted on behalf of the programs.

- Build a base of “registered” HVAC Trade Allies specific to the specified programs.

- Prepare robust weekly, monthly and quarterly activity reports and track progress towards program goals.

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…

- Self-motivated, ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- 2-4 years of relevant industry experience such as working with contractors and/or sales

- Experience with Salesforce CRM and other outreach tools

Type of Work

- This is not a work-from-home position; you will be in the field servicing our customers and trade allies

Driving

- Are at least 21 years of age

- Valid driver's license

This is a safety-sensitive position and may include field work (such as work in industrial/commercial locations and customer homes), warehouse work, or requires driving on behalf of the company. Individuals provided a conditional offer of employment for this position must successfully pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report evidencing a satisfactory driving record. Applicants for driving positions must hold a valid driver's license, and individuals provided a conditional offer of employment must successfully pass a drug test and maintain a clean driving record as an ongoing requirement for continued employment.

$65,800.00 - $98,700.00
