Senior Product Specialist

Accuenergy is a Toronto-based company dedicated to research, design and manufacturing of multifunction power meters and other instruments. We also provide advanced technological solutions for distribution and industrial power system automation.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain a deep understanding of the product, its features, capabilities and limitations.

- Stay up to date on product updates, new releases and competitive products in the market.

- Create detailed product documentation supporting both internal and external teams.

- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, market gaps, and emerging industry trends.

- Analyze data on competitors, pricing, customer behavior, and industry movements to provide actionable insights for decision-making.

- Assist in developing product positioning, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies aligned with market opportunities.

- Collaborate with engineering, R&D, sales and marketing to drive product success.

- Work with the sales and customer directly to attain customer feedback, identify customer pain points, feature requests and areas for improvement.

- Track, analyze, and report on key product performance metrics and market performance indicators.

- Raising concerns with Product Manager as they arise, to alert to any offtrack milestones.

- Collaborating on promotional activities, product materials and marketing strategies.

- Establish a good customer relationship for the achievement of sales objectives

- Manage recurring maintenance and updates for product materials for designated product line

- Provide update medical marketing information to customers and collect feedback from customers

- Analyze and report marketing information to Sales & Marketing managers

- Other duties as assigned.

- Ensure Occupational Health and Safety compliance with health and safety laws and regulations.

- Develop reporting and analysis to assist product managers in formulating their recommendations

- Follow all procedures in compliance of Accuenergy (Canada) Inc standard policy and operation regulations.

- Any other operation-related responsibilities may be added as company continues to grow.

Job Requirements

- Strong Product and technical knowledge

- Excels at time management, ability to work independently and can efficiently multitask

- Experienced working in agile environments, with minimal supervision

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- Proactive approach to identify trends and address challenges

- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
