Senior Manager of Supply Chain Technology

Position Summary:

The Sr. Manager of Supply Chain Technology will lead the strategic development and implementation of technology solutions to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness of Regal Rexnord’s Industrial Powertrain Solutions (IPS) segment ($2.7B). The role is responsible for overseeing the integration of advanced technologies, such as ERP, E2E supply chain planning tools, automation, and digital tools into supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities for innovation, streamline processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
