ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:

McDougall Energy Inc. is looking for a motivated, results-focused individual to fill a Sr. Lead Hand roleat our Burford Esso located at 22 King St., Burford Ontario.

Reporting to the Area Supervisor, this position is responsible for:

- Providing prompt, efficient and courteous customer service to all customers.

- Maintaining a clean, safe, customer friendly work environment.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies as well as company policies and procedures.

- Manage the scheduling and daily operation of the team.

- Reconcile daily sales and ensure all paperwork is accurate and balanced.

- Adhere to all company policies and procedures as prescribed.

- Work with Human Resources, on the management of employees including recruitment, learning/ development and discipline.

- Support and assist the Area Supervisor will all aspects of retail operations.

ABOUT YOU:

The ideal candidate will have:

- High School diploma or equivalent.

- Three years of customer service experience.

- Supervisory experience preferred.

- Strong customer service, merchandising and organizational skills

- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and coworkers.

- Ability to stand for long periods of time.

- Must be able to work night shifts and weekends and holidays.

- Valid G drivers' license and reliable form of transportation to and from work.
