Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Senior FP&A Analyst to enhance our financial capabilities and drive improved performance across our business. This role will focus on creating and owning robust reporting, forecasting and budgeting processes, and enhance our ability to assess the business through a financial lens. Key Responsibilities:
•Build, maintain, and fully own the revenue and contribution margin forecasts for the business
•Develop and maintain capital planning models and trackers to ensure we are buying the highest ROI equipment possible
•Own equipment and customer lifetime value models and be the subject matter expert of the unit economics of the business. Guide leadership’s understanding and decision-making process
•Regularly build Excel models from scratch that solve a problem or answer a business question
•Partner with cross-functional leaders to set, manage, and optimize pricing across categories
•Define KPIs, develop scorecards, build and automate reporting around them
•Perform ad-hoc projects, financial analyses, and presentations for executive management and the board of directors
•Participate in the preparation and review of annual, quarterly, and monthly budgets
Qualifications:
•B.S. in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent experience
•3+ years of experience in analytical financial roles such as strategic finance, investment banking and/or consulting
•The ability to manipulate large datasets is a must. Prior Netsuite experience and exposure to SQL or similar data visualization tools is a plus
•Strategic thinker who is intellectually curious
•Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask
