Job Overview:
Ready to join our team as an FP&A Analyst? Are you excited about collaborating closely with our CFO, Controller and Management to provide top-notch accounting and finance support for our company? We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team reporting to the CFO. In this role, you will primarily be charged with performance analysis with a heavy focus on deviations in financial performance as well as pricing and providing actionable analytics for the management team. You will work closely with cross-functional team members to provide insights that drive strategic decision-making, business growth and enhancements in profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
•Analyze financial results, variances, and trends, and provide insights to management.
•Partner with business units to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports.
•Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking tools for senior leadership.
•Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to evaluate risks and opportunities.
•Continuously improve and streamline financial processes, tools, and reporting capabilities finding opportunities for relevant business insights, improving consistency and efficiency in existing processes.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CPA is a plus.
•2–5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, investment banking, or related finance roles.
•Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
•Experience with financial systems such as Oracle, SAP, Workday Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, or similar tools.
•Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
•Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
•Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
